Discipline

At Central Public Academy, discipline is regarded as the foundation of character, leadership, and academic excellence. The school believes that a disciplined environment is essential for the holistic development of students and for fostering values such as responsibility, respect, integrity, self-control, and commitment.

Every student is expected to maintain high standards of conduct both within and outside the school premises and uphold the dignity, values, and reputation of the institution at all times.

Students are expected to:
* Attend school regularly and punctually.
* Wear the prescribed school uniform neatly.
* Maintain discipline in classrooms, laboratories, library, playgrounds, school buses, and during all school activities.
* Show respect towards teachers, staff members, fellow students, and visitors.
* Protect and preserve school property.
* Maintain cleanliness and contribute to a positive school environment.
* Follow all academic, administrative, and safety regulations issued by the school.

The school follows a zero-tolerance policy towards bullying, harassment, violence, vandalism, cheating, use of abusive language, possession of prohibited items, or any behaviour that disrupts the academic environment or damages the reputation of the institution.

Disciplinary Action Policy

As a general disciplinary framework, the school follows the following system:
* First Warning: Written warning along with suspension of up to 4 working days.
* Second Warning: Final written warning along with suspension of up to 10 working days.
* Third Warning: Expulsion/Rustication from the school and removal of the student's name from the school rolls.

In cases involving serious misconduct, threats, bullying, intimidation, violence, criminal activities, possession of weapons or prohibited substances, or any act that endangers the safety, security, or well-being of others, the school reserves the right to suspend, rusticate, or expel a student at any stage of the academic session without following the above warning process.

The decision of the Principal and School Management regarding disciplinary matters shall be final and binding.
Parents and guardians are expected to cooperate with the school in maintaining discipline and reinforcing positive values among students. Together, the school and parents play a vital role in shaping responsible, confident, and socially conscious individuals.
Central Public Academy strives to create an atmosphere where discipline is not merely a set of rules but a way of life, helping students develop into ethical, responsible, and successful citizens of the future.
